Dear Metro Toyota Service Department,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank your mechanic, Ed Wiese, for the outstanding job he did diagnosing and repairing the transmission and engine problems in my daughter's 1998 Camry LE. Her car had been quite unreliable for the past year, but now runs like new. It is a huge relied to know she now has a safe car to drive back and forth to school and to work.

I also appreciate the kindness and attention to detail shown to me by the Service Advisors-- in particular Jason Blades, who handled my most recent appointment.

 I wanted to let you know that we recently purchased a Rav 4 with the help of Dean Kepol. Our buying experience was very comfortable and smooth thanks to the efforts of Dean. My husband and I work "full time plus" hours at our mutual jobs and we genuinely appreciated Dean's efficiency in making sure the details were handled without any inconvenience to us. I just wanted to convey again-how great Jordan Simpson was! If he can be recognized for his professional, outstanding service, he is worthy of it! The person who handled the financing paperwork, was also commendable.

I am 59 yrs old, and have dealt with many salespersons & dealerships, over the years. Everyone else has been a "bad experience."

It was "refreshing" to make a vehicle purchase, and not feel that you were: "dragged through the gates of hell."
