    Brad Cole, General Sales Manager for Metro Toyota and Scion. I have lived in the Kalamazoo area for over 40 years. In 1979, I graduated with honors from Portage Central High School and then started selling Toyota's in 1983 after attending WMU. I have been a Sales manager with Metro Toyota since 1992 and enjoy working with our pleasant sales staff, friendly service staff, and our excellent owner Jeff DeNooyer. I married my wife Kellie in 1983 and have two bright and lovely daughters Andersen 17, and Annaliese 16, that make me very proud! Having been with Metro for almost 20 years, I plan on many more years of happy selling plus exceeding our customers expectations before, during and especially after the sale!     He’s lived in the Kalamazoo area for much of his life. He currently resides in Kalamazoo, with his wife Sonya, and three children Alycia, Kalen, and Chandler. Charles has recently returned to the auto business after a 5 year leave. In that time he worked on receiving his degrees in both Political Science, and Philosophy from Western Michigan University. His auto career started in 1999 with Spartan Motor Mall before moving to Toyota of Grand Rapids in 2003. In a move to Atlanta Georgia he landed with Toyota of Roswell and performed the duties of Financial Services Manager before moving on to the position of Sales Manager, until he returned to Kalamazoo. His automotive experience has been exclusively with Toyota and Lexus products.  Aside from his career with Toyota/Lexus vehicles, he has also owned and operated two successful automotive dealership consulting firms on selling/training services.
