While our dealership in Kalamazoo is implementing as many online service and sales options as possible to help limit face-to-face contact, there are some instances where you simply have no other choice than to visit our dealership. For those cases, we have been hard at work continuously to keep our facilities clean and sanitized so that you can feel confident and safe when you pay us a visit.

What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe

For starters, our service drive-in now has clearly marked boundaries to help keep you and our employees separate from one another when making an in-person transaction. We’ve also added several hand sanitizer stations and we are propping all of our doors open to eliminate touch points as you move into and through our facility.

We have removed several seats in our waiting area to ensure that social distancing is easy to facilitate while you wait for your vehicle to be repaired and/or maintained. In addition, the snack bar and coffee station have been shut down to prevent both co-mingling and cross contamination via the touching of common services.

When it comes to actually working on your vehicle, we are using plastic covers to prevent direct contact with shift knobs, instrument stalks, and your steering wheel. Before that though, each vehicle we see will be disinfected to ensure the safety of our team prior to beginning work. Once we’ve completed our work and removed the plastic coverings, we’ll disinfect your vehicle and the keys prior to you taking it back home.

Schedule Your Service Appointment Online!

Whenever possible, we are asking our customers to schedule service either online or by phone, and to utilize night drop offs to minimize any face-to-face contact. Our online service scheduling tool is easy to use and will help us serve you as this crisis continues.
