Our Response to COVID-19

First and foremost, we want you to know that Metro Toyota is committed to the health and safety of both its workers and the community. We have incorporated numerous safety measures to keep the public and our employees safe such as daily health surveys for employees, mask policy, social distancing efforts, vehicle sanitizing in both Sales and Service, and hand sanitizer stations in many places throughout the building are just a few examples. 

Although the Showroom is open for business, we do strongly encourage an appointment. This ensures that we are able to make the very best use of your time, minimize contact with others and it allows us the time to have the vehicle(s) that you are going to test drive properly sanitized. 

If your vehicle is in need of service during this time, we are taking extensive measures to sanitize our facility and your vehicle following all CDC recommended practices.  We encourage our guests to use our drop off service as we can complete all transactions by text or phone. The key drop box is near the entrance of our three service lanes. In addition, we are offering complimentary pickup and delivery for select service needs. We are continuing to monitor information from state health authorities as well as the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • All customer facing staff are wearing face masks 
  • Strictly adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services for select services (please call for details).
