I purchased a new vehicle from Metro Toyota last week. It was worth the 60 minute drive. Rob Mason responded to my initial messages quickly. He was out of the office one day and provided the name of a colleague, Jamie, who helped get the car reserved for me. Rob had everything ready for me the next day to take a test drive and then take care of the financial part when I arrived. He then delivered the car in person a few days later because it still needed some detail work. Toyota dealers near me rarely called me back or responded to messages. I wish all car dealers treated customers like Metro Toyota.

Andy in the sales department is fantastic and so easy to work with. He helped me find the vehicle I wanted and had it ready the same day. Next vehicle will be purchased here no doubt

Bought a Toyota Grand Highlander from Terry Baker in April. As soon as I walked into the dealership, it was a first class experience. Just went for a 5000 mile tire rotation and service check - timely, great communication, friendly service, and excellent waiting area. Especially enjoyed the cold brew and quietness. I haven't drove a Toyota in a long time, but I am sure to be driving this Toyota for many years!! I purchased my new Land Cruiser from Rob Mason at Metro in the middle of July after putting a deposit down to get on the wait list back in December. Rob always responded right away when I checked in during the waiting period. Once the vehicle showed up everything went great, and Rob was super helpful in getting me situated. It was probably one of the easiest car buying experiences for me ever. The customer lobby for service looks like something out of a luxury hotel. It should make the service appointments as painless as possible. I also really appreciated the fact that Metro Toyota isn't doing any dealer markups of the new Land Cruiser - unlike a lot of other dealerships. I would certainly buy another vehicle from them.
