I helped my Mom shop for a new SUV. We both were very very happy with Chris our salesperson. I only rated Metro 4/5 because I personally have a grudge against upselling. I don't remember the finance guy's name, and he was friendly and just doing his job, but I don't appreciate thinking I'm done making decisions and then having to decline ten more things at the end to get the deal done.

By the next afternoon he had a car picked out for me that was perfect and the process was super fast. From start to finish I was out of the office and had my new car in record time!
