I can only speak for my experience with the parts department. They have always been able to get me the parts I need even when I'm not 100% sure of the name of everything I'm talking about with the repair I'm doing. Parts have always arrived on-time. There are complementary drinks & snacks. Everything is nice and clean as well. My only complaint is the lack of parking for Parts Customers.

Rob was able to find us the exact vehicle we were looking for, a ruby red 2023 RAV4. He was knowledgeable and friendly and we feel he got us a fair offer. Someone hit our bumper just a few days after we purchased the vehicle. He hooked us up with someone to fix it quickly. I would recommend Metro Toyota and Rob Mason.

This is specifically for Rob Mason and who he worked with today. I recently had an unexpected loss of my vehicle and it put me under a tremendous amount of stress. Between insurance and needing a new car time was coming down to the wire. I found a vehicle here that fit my budget but found out my credit had taken a larger impact than I anticipated. Rob worked to get me approved the night before the car went on the lot, and got me in the next day and I drove off two hours later. If this didnt work, then I was not sure my next move. Everyone in this process worked quickly and made things happen to get me in the car timely and without outrageous rates. I cant thank them enough for stepping up when I needed them. I cant recommend Rob enough, if I'm in the area and something like this were to happen again, this is where I'm going. 11/10 stars. Thank you again Rob and team, you made a big impact on me today.

I met Elliott the Service lane manager / Service advisor, this young man is a real professional Explained what would be performed on my vehicle in detail, Treated me with courtesy and respect and made me feel very welcomed, provided me with updates on my vehicle, Even went as far as to bring out the Mechanic ( Lee) who worked on my vehicle to introduce me to him right there in the lobby. I got to shake his hand and say thank you What more can I say? A special thanks to mechanic Lee For doing such a fantastic job on my car.
