I bought a Kia they got on trade in. There was an issue with a check engine light during/after the sale and they graciously took care of the issue. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude and over all pleasure it was working with the team. Jamie was a phenomenal salesman. I was stuck in a vehicle that just was not working out for my lifestyle. I went into the day of thinking my only options were to settle for something smaller and maybe not exactly what I wanted. We bought our Toyota Tundra in 23, it's a 21. We love Toyota vehicles. We have had them since 2009. But we weren't happy with sunshine Toyota so that's why we went to Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo for our last purchase. Dean was our salesman he is magnificent. But here's the problem I talked my brother and sister in law into buying a Toyota,( my brother is a ford man) it took me months to talk him into a Toyota. I recommend Metro Toyota because they are awesome. My brother bought his vehicle there a Camry brand new, white, heated seats. They spent almost $40,000.00. then their salesman told them I didn't qualify for the $200.00 for recommending Metro Toyota because he wasn't the salesman I used. I left a message for the manager of sales, never got a response. Not happy with how they handle recommendations, my salesman wasn't there that day. I still feel I should get the money. Just a way for them to get others to help them out by getting them business, but then don't want to pay the money, you know a unknown catch 22. I'm not sure if I will be referring others their way. Not happy about this.

Chris was extremely helpful, evaluating comparing models and years for me. He spent a decent amount of time showing me the options in comparison, answering my questions and treating me on the car itself so I could feel comfortable driving and operating. Also made it feel like I could stop back anytime I needed any assistance with any of the amazing software in the Bz. Jon who process the financial paperwork, was very efficient and explained all the paperwork excellently. Everyone I met with with in the dealership. we’re friendly and courteous.
