Just purchased a 2025 Crown from Metro Toyota. Andy was our sales person and was great! He is not only conscientious but amazingly tech savvy, which we definitely appreciated with all the new technology. Kurt, on the financial side, was also a pleasure to work with. So far ok, but can not schedule appts except 7 a.m. Have to drop off night before and get two days of rides because of distance. This is for small routine oil changes etc. Suppose to have parking spots to drop off, but full and have to fill out slip to drop off keys. Freezing, but I did anyway. Glad I do not have to do often. If later, I wouldn't have to get rides two days in a row. I would sit and wait. Greatful for other services.

Service is exceptional, but not cheap. Very comfortable waiting room with nice clean restrooms, coffee and other hot drinks, plus free water and snacks. They can shuttle you somewhere if you don't want to wait at the dealership.

If you buy a new car, be sure to check the oil change schedule, it is ridiculous. One year or 10,000 miles is WAY too long, especially for a brand new engine. Pay for one earlier if you have to, those free oil changes are too far out.

Ordered a part from them but the wrong part was ordered by them. Drove from Grand Rapids to make it there before they close at five pm to find out the part was wrong. They ordered the correct part and significantly discounted the part for my inconvenience (not something I even asked for) Truly wonderful service outcome.
